Overall I've really liked how easy it is to open and close my garage door from my phone and my watch. The biggest issues I have are that the app will take several minutes sometimes to update, meaning I'm standing outside of my house waiting 4 min for the app to update the door status and allow me to open/shut the door, which by then I could have just used the manual keypad on the wall.The biggest issue I have is I bought this to alleviate some anxiety about possibly leaving the garage door open when I'm not at home... I will close the door, drive across town to work and 2 hours later receive a notification that my garage door is now open and has remained open for 20 min. but having someone check on the door, I'll find that it's actually closed. This eliminates pretty much MY entire reason for purchasing this product as I have to have someone check on the door, which I SHOULD be able to do from the app, which I can't trust.

I have installed this on my garage last week. Install was simple and quick. So far no problems. It gives mw alerts/notifications everytime someone opnes/closes the garage door. Also you can have remote access to it. If you want you can link it to the amazon key so that all your future amazon deliveries will be kept in the garage so no need to worry about packages getting stolen.

The door sensor kept losing connection to the signal box so it randomly just wouldn't open the door anymore until the sensor was paired again. If that's not terrible enough, the pairing process requires you to go through the entire setup process and you can't skip through to the part you need so a 10 second process ends up taking 10 minutes because of it. It's not well designed at all.

Easy setup and easy to use. I’ve been looking for a good solution for this for a while also gives peace of mind to know when my garage is opened and who is doing it

I can finally open and close the garage remotely. I also like knowing when the door is left open and for how long.

Works great for the house. Very easy to install and operate.

I’m sure it’s great, but I didn’t see anywhere your garage door had to have WiFi prior to purchase. Which is my fault for not researching first. But is useless to me at the moment until I upgrade the door system itself

This product is so helpful! It even integrates with amazon delivery so they can deliver in your garage if you choose. Very reliable and haven't had any issues yet. I don't forget to put my garage door down anymore :)
