initially price convinced me to try this product over other more expensive brands, my hand by no means large fits just enough so entire hand is resting on this grip, yes there is 1/2 to 5/8 inch gap using the larger diameter bars, what I figured out quickly is to turn the gips , with the gap end towards your fingers and away from you palm, if not I found it would pinch my palm. will they last long, time will tell, 2 weeks into using I've use these exclusively for bi & tri workouts which is the sole purpose. I did feel the muscles activated differently, dropped 10lbs on my normal workout weights, first 3 reps I thought to myself I really shouldn't have started at a lower weight but at rep 10, that was it... my biceps refused to do anymore

These are only 4 inches and thus don't fully cover the length of the dumbbell bar. Others I have are 5 inches and do fully cover the dumbbell bar. I don't like the shorter length because it allows for some slight slippage. Otherwise they work ok, as do the competing models I've tried.

The rubber handles don't fully engulf the dumbbell handles. But the grip workout during curls is amazing. The rubber fat grips are a bit slippy when it comes to more aggressive functional movements. For the price they are its a must have over the other $38 ones

I bought this because my 1 inch barbell was digging into my hands. I use it on every bar I can now. It not only keeps the bar from diving into my hard when there is 350+ but my grip has most definitely gotten better. The wider grip allows for your hands to get a fuller grasp with straighter wrists. Forearms and hands and wrists have been feeling great

This really makes grabbing my dumbbells easier. I'd hate to grip too hard on bare metal and this solves the problem for me. So far it has held up for daily use, so I'm happy with the purchase. Though they seem a bit pricey hence the 4-star.

I really like these the way they feel. It really helps me hold the dumbbells. I would tell anyone it's a great investment to save your hands from unnecessary roughness. The price was so good; that I bought a second pair for my son. He likes them too.

There are ok. Huge on the bar though. Not recommended for female hands.

Good material solid perfect on a 1 inch or 25 mm tube to use as an adapter for 2 inch plates. I have them on my leg curl extension 90 lbs no issue
