Fight with this thing every morning
This mouse feels wonderful for my wrist pain, but speaking of pain- it is an absolute BEAST to get to connect. We battle every morning when I arrive at my desk. It takes me around 10 minutes to either get it to Bluetooth or to connect with the USB. This is no longer worth my sanity and I'm going to give it to some unsuspecting soul at Goodwill. I don't recommend it and will spend more money getting a mouse that will work from a better company (bought this one in October 2019).

Hands down best mouse I have ever used!!
I researched high and low for vertical mice, and came across this one finally. I had actually ordered another one, but the package was lost and so I chose this one. It was fate. Seriously the best mouse I have ever used! -It is super comfortable! The angle and shape is just right.-I have rheumatoid arthritis and this mouse has been a game changer for reducing pain from using a mouse all day.-I love that the click is almost silent.-I love that I can use the USB attachment for my desktop at work as well as bluetooth on my laptop.-I never noticed a need for charging. I end up just charging it after a couple of weeks because I feel it needs to be charged at some point.-As far as function, this mouse is perfection. I rarely need to lift the mouse for movement. The precision level is outstanding. It has never once lagged or been annoying in any way.-The color on this mouse is a big bonus! It is a shimmery pink with rainbow lights. Better than what you see in the pics!-I love that the USB plug just pops in underneath. There is no need to open the battery cover. This was a very nice feature for me as I like to be able to take my mouse home on the weekends, and when it's 5:00 on Friday, I'm not trying to take forever trying to get my mouse. If you're trying to choose between this mouse and any other, let me make that decision easier for you: get this one. It's that simple.

Took a while to figure out pairing, small, no wrist rest, slippery. Still beats the magic mouse!
Update: after one year of use the mouse broke!Spent probably 15 min trying to figure out how to pair it in the Bluetooth mode haha.To pair with macbook using the bluetooth mode:1. turn the mouse on2. flip the middle switch on the bottom of the mouse marked "1 2" to 2 position3. press the pairing button (the only round button on the bottom).4. your mac should be able to discover it then.As far as usability goes, I haven't yet had too much time to play with it.One thing that already stands out is the lack of a wrist rest on the side of the mouse. it would be nice to have one of those wrist rest mats to go with this since the mouse lacks an attached wrist rest like some other vertical mice. Also the surface of this mouse is rather slippery for the look, so if you are looking for non slip mouse go with the base black version of this mouse, Delux M618MINI.Another thing, though I've always considered my hands pretty small, my fingers do go over the front the mouse where using the scroll becomes a bit of a gymnastics for my middle finger. My palm is smaller than 2.5 inches across like shown in the diagram. With all those things said it is DEFINITELY easy on the hand to use after Apple Magic Mouse, gosh is the magic mouse not ergonomic compared to this.

Middle mouse button should be higher
I am a professional 3D effects artist with very expensive ergonomic mice for several computers, and I thought I'd give this cheaper one a try. I like the mouse. It is very quiet and fairly comfortable. I have two issues with the design:First, the middle scroll button/wheel, which I use a lot, is too low for this vertical design. In a regular, flat mouse, the scroll wheel in the position middle position (between the left and right buttons) works well because it is easy to move your index finger over without moving your entire hand to reach it. In the vertical design, moving your index finger down means moving your whole hand down or out of the way. Currently, the scroll wheel is directly under my middle finger, which is not easy to use for pushing the button (though I suppose I could train myself to do it...). It would have been better to place the button at the top of the mouse where your index finger does not have to move very far.The other way to improve, instead of moving the mouse higher, would be to extend the base on the right side further out. In that way, there is more mouse to rest your pinky finger, your entire hand will move down closer to the middle scroll wheel, and the weight of your hand is more comfortably resting on the base of the mouse.

Off switch does not work - MOUSE does not work
Now that I have it, I think maybe a medium may have been the better size, but if I'm wearing my hand brace, this one (small) is a perfect fit. My wrist has quit hurting! YES! Finally! Woohoo! However, when I got done at the end of the day and shut it off with the switch underneath, it actually did not turn off. I could still see the laser light underneath and in the morning it was dead. I'm not too worried as I'm used to a wired mouse, and to charge it, one has to plug it into the included USB cable. Someone REALLY wanting a wireless mouse would have an issue with this, but perhaps mine is the only one with a defective off switch. ;)EDIT - not quite one week: Well, it died today mid-game. Nothing I did made it come back on. I had it plugged in. I am going to switch it out for another one. I'll keep you posted.

Great for those with Carpal Tunnel, but can break easily.
This mouse has made a significant impact to my work life. I struggle with carpal tunnel and my wrist have not hurt since I’ve gotten this mouse. My only complaint, is that it’s not durable at all. It slipped out of my hands when I was going to a meeting and fell. The left clicker button popped out and won’t go back in nicely. Had to buy a new one, since it bothered me too much. I just now know I need to be more careful with it.
