I have 300/300 internet but I was only getting 90/90 at my computer from a wired connection. My router in the living room has an Ethernet cable going to an Ethernet switch in the kitchen which then has an Ethernet cable going to an access point in my office and my computer connects to that via Ethernet. However, the Ethernet cable going into the access point from the switch is about 4 inches too short so I was using an old Ethernet splitter as a coupler to extend the Ethernet cable. This cable replaced the splitter and now I’m getting 300/300 at my computer. WiFi speeds also improved from 90/90 to about 150/150. Next item on the agenda is to replace the access point but I couldn’t be happier with this cable.
