OK
Worked OK in my Honda Accord 2005.

Not great
After trying the bosch and still having engine codes I tried this denso. It's a bit better but the voltage is still off and I get CEL every couple weeks for a low voltage circuit. These cars are very sensitive to voltage so the only truly recommended o2 sensor is the OEM Honda unit avalible at the dealer. Just spend the few extra bucks and get the OEM because it will end up being cheaper than replacing these units every 2 months

Does not have mounting provisions like OEM
The heater circuit on my OEM sensor failed, so I replaced it with this. It works as expected, and was 1/3rd of the cost compared to OEM.While Denso is supposedly the OEM for Honda oxygen sensors, this is part is from Denso's aftermarket line. One annoying cost-cutting measure is that this sensor does not have the same mounting provisions as OEM. The OEM sensor has 2 or 3 rubber bushings along the length of the wire that clip in to the bottom of the car and keep the wire from dangling. This aftermarket Desno sensor does not have those, which is disappointing because some other aftermarket brands do.I cut the bushings off the OEM sensor and added them to the aftermarket sensor. They're not a great fit around the wire, or into the clips, but it seems to do the job for now.

Arrived quickly and works fine
Corrected my engine code. My Accord threw the engine code and this Denso brand O2 sensor has been working fine. Fuel economy has returned to normal and no engine light. You will have to reset your ECU. If you don't know how to do that, I can talk you through it.
