HD OAT additive syrup is a concentrated single component multi-metal corrosion inhibitor package. This type of chemistry is sometimes referred to as an Organic Acid Type inhibitor. This inhibitor is compatible with various heat transfer/coolant technologies* including water, glycerin and ethylene, propylene and PDO glycols. This is the same inhibitor package we use in our glycerin based engine coolant, IceClear HD. Use HD OAT to blend premium quality fluids for: boiler / heater systems floor heater sytems solar themal sytems geothermal systems coolers / chillers extended life antifreeze / engine coolant any other closed loop system utilizing water or water compatible fluids *Not compatible with salt based chemistries such as potassium formate, potassium acetate or do-potassium succinate.
