We liked it and were pleased with the quality for the cost. We bought it for our grandson, who wanted to be a Nutcracker for Halloween. ( He tolerates Halloween, but love’s Christmas! He is 12 Y/O. We had to put a piece of foam inside the hat to make it fit him and that also helped to keep it in place. It was light weight and comfortable. It will last for a while. We may make a Nutcracker and use the hat for him.

Well made..Used for a parade as Nut crackers!

The first hat I purchased arrived completely crushed and unusable. Thankfully, the replacement Amazon sent was near perfect. I say near perfect because the material on the top of both hats was not taut causing the material to noticeably pucker. Thankfully, I was attaching feathers and covered up the messy area.These are shipped in an envelope rather than a box, which makes no sense. They are flimsy and susceptible to being smashed in transit when packed in an envelope.

This was a gift for a friend. She loves it. She doesn't have actual drum major experience, but has abundant drum major spirit and ability. She loves to wear this hat and immediately get fancy-free drum major-style. At her recent Daylight Saving Time party, she entertained us all by donning the hat and strutting about with cunning and vigor. Sure, it was fun before, without the hat, but now that she has that hat, Holy Butternut Squash!
