It's a great tool to have!!
I have needed a set for a few years. My husband & I plan to RV within the next 5 years. We definitely will buy more for spare sets on hand in the future.It came complete just as described & pictured. Yes it is all black with one tool being silvery white. I however did not have issues "seeing" the tools in the zipper case. Because It was in a baggie within the zipper case. Once I checked everything over & used a couple of the tools to test it out, I put everything back into the baggies/cases. It makes it so easy to store & keep it all together. I don't have to buy baggies to store it all together. I look forward to maintaining my hearing aids & my husband's Bluetooth buds.I love that it is universal so I don't have to worry about having my own set & then my husband having his own set. We will probably end up having our own sets but that just shows that it's good quality worth having for all things ear electronics related.
