I wanted both a solid build and grip, at a decent price. These do the job. If you have weaker hand grip strength, putting them on may indeed be a challenge.

I have over 20 years experience weight lifting. I’ve used many spring clips in my life. I’ve got 10 other pairs at home. These olympic bar springs are the worst I’ve ever used. The coils open on an angle and are near impossible to put on. Don’t buy these!

Fits on my olympic bar these work so the weights don't fall off on you while ur benching I recommend

This barbell spring collar gets the job done and is a perfect fit for Olympic 2 inch weight bars. It is durable and offers excellent grip. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it does not have any type of rubber covering on the handles.

These barbell spring collars fit the 2” diameter barbell.They have an extra coil and it is extremely difficult to open.You have to squeeze it to open it but it’s very hard to do.

It's not hard to get these wrong I guess. They work as intended and since our gym took away the ones they offered, it's nice to have these in my gym bag all the time now.

Very flimsy, hard to open, and doesn’t hold onto the barbell well. I don’t know if it was originally made this awful or if it was broken.
