My normal supply for chilli sauce has dried up and does not appear to be available. However, by luck, I picked this excellent chilli sauce mix. I will be buying this product again but a word of warning to anyone buying it for the first time, it is very very spicy as I found out having put 250g into the chilli I made. I called the supplier who recommended using only 40-50g per mix. Very good mix

After searching for a chilli powder to make chilli con carne that had more ingredients than just chilli powder I came across this. I am so pleased I did, it's spicy but not over hot, a nice burn on the palate. The depth of flavour due to cumin and other herbs and spices make this my now go to spice to make my chilli. Really fresh spice with a good colour, this will now save me making my own chilli seasoning from scratch.

I absolutely love this!! The flavour is absolutely stunning for chilli mix, it smells amazing whilst cooking! Way better value for money than the flavour packets you get from the supermarket!
