So far so bad. I connected the dongles but the lights did not show as required. I contacted alwayshome support who responded 24hrs later to say the dongles are not registered with them. The online help is very limited. I am a very IT literate home use but I would say a very high degree of technical skill is required to set these up, unless the instructions available improve.As of 4 days later these are still not working. I will persevere and update if I can

This product is brilliant, I use it at home and while travelling. The system key connect to a network via lan or via wifi and then you connect all your devices to it via wifi. Streams TV via Amazon or other device. Allows you access to your home network while travelling. The Ap can also link to your home key, so when on a mobile the connection is available

Awesome product! I don’t know why this is not getting famous yet. Although it took me at least 20 minutes to get it to work as it needed loads of updates but eventually word. It is indeed ‘plug and play’. I haven’t tried it from a proper distance yet but will know if it works as it says it will since i get to test the connection from London to Philippines very soon.

I took me far too long to work out how to use it, but in the end I realised it is far simpler than I ever imagined. I still don't really understand how it works or what it's doing, but I've used it for real from a hotel room and had internet access exactly as if I was in my office with my office IP address. Fairly soon I will wonder how I ever lived without this.

Recommended by a friend, this worked perfectly out of the box. Just ignore the app and log on to the wifi signal of the device.
