I bought this specifically for its ingredients, as it includes several nutrients recommended by my doctor—like magnesium, vitamin B6, B12, vitamin C, and more. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it tastes! I usually dissolve one packet in a 1-liter bottle and sip it throughout the day, about every other day. It makes me feel refreshed and truly hydrated.I've noticed that on the days I drink it, I pee less—so it feels like the hydration is actually getting absorbed into my system. My lips and skin also feel noticeably smoother, which for me is a clear sign of proper hydration. Great test and no sugar

It is delicious! I've tried several no calorie electrolyte drinks and I think this is one of the best! I've had 3 of the 4 flavors only need to drink the punch now. Black cherry is my favorite so far. I'm glad I found this.

I should have looked before i purchased but wanted to try somthing outside of LMT and SALTT for a hydration packet, this tasted crazy sweet first drink i had! I knew instantly! So i looked closer and unfortunately still has sugar in it my mistake honestly but the kids drank it an love it though.(For people wondering what I mean)Sucralose is an artificial sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar. I use one of these every morning or after a run. Really helps rehydrate. Taste is artificial, but of course it is. It's an artificial flavoring packet.

I am currently doing the 75 hard challenge. I was confused why I was feeling dehydrated and super thirsty all the time because I have been drinking a gallon of water a day. My friend explained the importance of electrolytes, and this has been a game changer!!! I drink this with my first half gallon in the morning and now I don't even drink coffee! I am so energized and hydrated. I feel great. I love that it is sugar free. Excellent product. I have re-ordered this now several times.

The hydromate electrolyte packets are a cheaper alternative than some of the name brand electrolytes. I liked all of the flavors in the package and they were a good mix. I thought the packets were really strong though, with a slightly salty aftertaste. For a 32 oz water bottle I only used a half or a quarter half of a packet, because using the whole packet made the drink too strong for me. It dissolved well when given a good stir.
