Only issue with after market part was lack of an upper central hole for bolt to secure the fan to the radiator at that point. Otherwise fit well.

Not the right radiator fan for 2006 impala ls 3.5.
Several fastener points didn't match up. .The top center spacer bracket tab/hold isn't even on this fan. The top corner fastener squares are too far forward. Don't waste your money.
