Made a good choice in buying this chair . It is very costly. Even after ordering I had a thought that I could have bought 8 local chairs ( I have bought 2 chairs). I waited for the chairs n it arrived on time. Delivery executive disappoints me a bit for very first time n asked me to carry the box to first floor. Anyway , I opened the box n took out its parts .Wonderful packaging: it was packed very well. Can’t complain abt itI was shocked n upset after taking out all the parts from the box. Don’t know how to install n looked for a manual . It’s not there . I was literally scolding the brand name saying “ product costs send 20k, won’t they keep a printed manual for installation which costs ₹2. Stingyyyyyyyy. Then i browsed for YouTube videos and fixed Part by part. When I fixed the last part( the seat of the chair, I saw the installation printed paper in it . Oh myyyyyyy ... my fault.Again, I did it perfectly n all went well. I sensed that I didn’t fix the headrest properly n fixed it again.When I sat , that’s when I felt it’s worth the money. Very comfortable , airy, good back support and looks great. Can’t say abt durability for now . It looks durable . Arm rest is slightly hard for me . Gas lift works well. I love it

The chair looks good and seems comfortable. Would like to use it for a couple of months to comment on ergonomic comfort. Easy to assemble and sturdy.What stood out for me with this purchase was the seller interaction. I had a few concerns that I had shared on the Ask Seller question platform on Amazon. Got a call from the seller and every concern with genuine interest. It was reassuring in these Covid times where everything is happening online and scope to get scammed is high.I've decided to keep the chair based on this interaction.With regards to design, the chair is mesh, very breathable, colour combination looks good, seat slides, adjusts per height and arms move high/low along with backrest recliner. The arms though can do with a more ergonomic design. Currently they are not very comfortable. An option to move them inwards/outwards would be great.Overall a great buy. No regrets. Especially after being used to the Herman Miller ergonomic office chairs.

been using it daily for 8-12 hours a day, still looks good, comfortable - honestly saved my back - now it's time to retire & switch to Herman Miller next - but love this product. 10/10

You must easily assemble it yourself using the instructions provided in the leaflet. A screw driver is also provided.The chair is excellent! The seats and back rest are mesh design (breathable) which makes it suitable to work long hours without you feeling heat of the cloth.The back rest's design is such that it gives a solid support to your spine when you are sitting in a straight posture. This is really important as people who sit on PCs for long hours must know that their spine takes a huge toll in the long run and its best to take care by using chairs with good spine support.The material used is high quality and overall it looks aesthetically pleasing also!This is an expensive chair (21K) but I believe it is a good investment for the long run if you sit on PC for more than 5-6 hours everyday.

I purchased this chair to help with my lower back pain, but unfortunately, I haven't experienced any benefits from it. Recently, when I leaned back, the head support broke. It's more of a decorative piece than a functional chair, and it definitely doesn't justify its cost—especially since I can't use it for its intended purpose.

Just go for it. I have tried multiple chairs from Featherlite/Steelcase/Sleep Company/Geekin and aa few more I can't recall right now. Price ranging from 6k to 1 lakh and more! No chair out there can match the value this one offers for less than 20k. Each and every component is well built, I could not find any compromises on safety build quality and craftsmanship anywhere. After wasting years with average non mesh weird chairs that gave me back ache, I think I have found my huckleberry chair.

Overall a very comfortable chair. But might not be worth the price. I saw some similar ones for lower price. Most of these manufacturers get these from same factory with their branding, so trying those might be a cheaper alternative. But again each ones decision is there's to make, so please read and make yours.Material -The seat is mesh, is airy and comfortable for long hours.The other parts are study plastic, but 'plastic' so not sure how long term it would hold. It already had a scuff mark when it got delivered. So I am sure there will be more over time during use. I wouldn't expect that for this price.Ergonomics -The base seat moves forward and backwards; back leans decently like any other chair. So nothing more than what you usually expect. Good back support.Wheels -Same crappy wheels you get with any chair. So, just order yourself rollerblade caster wheels and be done with it.Packaging -Not good enough for this price. One of the arm already had scuff mark when it got delivered (picture attached)
