This pump is very quite. There is no on/off switch on the unit so for safety you should plug into a GFI switch controlled circuit. It appears to be built very well. You will need to buy filter sand for it but everything else you need is included (expect GFI circuit)If you watch the video on their web site you will see it is easy to put together. Even without the video it's not hard to figure out. I've only been running it for a few hours now so I don't know how well it will clean. Other reviews say it does a good job. For the price I would say it is about the best pump you can get.

This pump has made my life so much easier. No more buying those small filters that these pools come with . The sand filters are the way to go. It fit the pool perfectly. We have a 15feet x 42 pool . Putting it together was easy and it durable. My husband said it was the best investment ever! We highly recommend.

I ordered this product May 27, 2024. It was used for less than 3 months, stored in my home during the Winter. When I attached it over the weekend, it will not work. I can’t get anyone on the phone for customer service and have not received a response to my email. I am not happy with the product or customer service as I need to get this resolved before the water in my pool gets algae ridden.

I bought this filter for my 14'x48" Bestway pool and It was the best decision I ever made. Great suction, great value for your money, and performs amazing! It's very easy to clean, and my water has never been more clear! Last year we had such a hard time keeping the water in our pool from getting cloudy, or green. It was the most frustrating thing and by the end of the year I had given up on it. I wanted a filter that was going to more than do the job And I'm very happy with my new sand filter! I use filter balls and everything has been so smooth! I have only added chlorine and shock and the water has remained crystal clear. It has a great flow compared to my last filter. I will say that the instructions are not very clear I'm putting it together, but YouTube helped with that and the assembly was actually fairly easy. This was a great buy and is a great quality pump!

This product delivers. The filter that came with our little Coleman pool didn’t do the job at all, just wouldn’t keep it clean. Within a day of hooking this one up the pool was clean and clear. Gave it 4 stars because the pump failed after a couple days. After communicating with Amazon and the manufacturer they sent another pump out very quickly.

This pump is great!HOWEVER, the instructions on how to put it together were AWFUL! Fortunately I found a video that helped! The instructions really need to be documented better!I’m very happy with my purchase. The pump is working great!

We have steal framed pool. This pump perfect for our 16ft pool. Easy to set up and does the job of keeping my pool clear!

Bought this last summer. Initially it worked great. crystal clear water, powerful return like a hot tub jet. But hoses seemed to get leaks often. It’s best to have back up hoses in storage. The hose from the filter to the motor developed a leak just a few months after getting it. The water dripped down the hose and onto the motor housing. Woke up one morning and noticed the pump had not run all day. Pressed the power button to turn it on and it shut off as soon as it turned on. We took the motor apart and everything appeared fine. Can’t figure out what happened. Very upsetting as it’s now almost summer again and we do t have a working pump and i don’t want to spend over $100 on a new motor! if these things are meant to be outside in rain and pool water being splashed, why did my motor short out? very upset!
